"Silk Dye"
Click on any of the images to begin the slide show. Silk dye is a special process that utilizes gesso, ground gesso, silk dye, fine mist of water, and sea salt. The artist never truly knows the outcome of the design. I like to think that the gourd itself somehow has a way of deciding the final outcome of it's beauty.
